Designer Showcase

Like many other designers, Robin, AIFD, started in the floral industry as a delivery driver in 1987. She realized soon after her passion for flowers. Robin has worked in many different types of floral shops, from small town retail to a special events company in a large metropolitan city. Each of these experiences along the way has given Robin the opportunity to learn and grow.

Throughout her floral career Robin has designed for celebrities, entertainers and theaters in Branson, Missouri. Her work has been in Architectural Digest and The Knot. She has won the Ozark Florist Associations Designer of the Year in 1995. In 1997 she was awarded 1st place in Flowers & "Party Perfect" design competition. In 1998 Robin was inducted into the American Institute of Floral Designers. She has designed for state conventions, wholesale shows, garden shows and in 2004 she presented a program at the AIFD Symposium in St. Louis.

Robin is now experiencing another side of the floral industry. About 2 years ago Robin went to work for Stuppy Floral Products as their Marketing Manager. As of January 2007 Baisch & Skinner acquired Stuppy and Robin was asked to join the Baisch & Skinner team. She is now very excited and enthused about this new chapter in her floral career.

Education is the secret to the success of being a good designer and having a successful, profitable business. Robin loves to share her knowledge, her experiences, and her passion for the floral industry. Robin hopes that she can help educate, encourage, and inspire the hopefuls of our great industry.
